Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the legal relationship between the developer providing the PriceLens app ("we", "Company") and the individual using the app ("User", "you").

These Terms apply to all PriceLens services, including the PriceLens mobile app on iOS and Android, related web services, and support channels.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. Users between 13 and 18 must obtain parental or guardian consent. In certain countries, the minimum age may be 16 under local legislation.

PriceLens is a mobile app that allows you to compare product prices across different stores via barcode scanning, photo analysis, and text search.

Price data shown in the app is aggregated from various sources and may not be real-time. Prices are for informational purposes only and may differ at checkout. PriceLens is not a sales platform and does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or availability of any product listed.

We strive to provide uninterrupted service, but temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not liable for losses arising from such interruptions.

The app supports account creation via Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple. Without an account, limited features are available in guest mode.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your credentials with third parties. If you detect unauthorised access, notify us immediately at destek@finestfor.com.

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

The app may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes. Comparing product prices, tracking favourites, and setting price alerts are the primary use cases.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Core features of the app (5 scans per day, barcode/photo/text search, scan history, and favourites) are provided free of charge.

The PRO plan includes advanced features such as unlimited scans, a 30-day price history chart, price alerts, a detailed report, and CSV export. PRO subscriptions are purchased via the App Store or Google Play and renew automatically.

PRO subscription pricing is displayed in your respective app store and may vary by country and platform. Prices may change without prior notice.

Subscriptions can only be cancelled through your app store (App Store or Google Play). Refund requests are subject to the policies of your app store. No refunds are provided for the remaining period of a current subscription cycle.

If offered, a free trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period. You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

All intellectual property rights in the app, logo, design, source code, content, and other materials belong to or are licensed to the developer. You are granted only a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app.

Copying, modifying, distributing, selling, sub-licensing, or reverse-engineering the app's source code is prohibited. Creating derivative works from the app is also prohibited.

The app may direct users to third-party stores for purchase. These stores are independent platforms with their own terms of use and privacy policies. PriceLens makes no warranties regarding third-party content and is not liable for damages arising from such content.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." No express or implied warranties are given regarding:

PriceLens is not responsible for price discrepancies, out-of-stock situations, or other inconsistencies that may occur when making purchases based on price information from the app.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PriceLens's total liability for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption) shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so the above restrictions may not apply to you.

You may close your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. You must separately cancel your PRO subscription through your app store.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms. In cases of serious violations we reserve the right to take legal action.

Upon account closure, all data including in-app purchases will be permanently deleted. No refunds will be issued for remaining subscription periods.

We may update these Terms from time to time. For significant changes, an in-app notification will be shown and the "Last updated" date on this page will be revised.

Your continued use of the app after notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the Terms, you must stop using the app.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. The courts of Turkey have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.

For European Union users, this choice of law applies subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions. EU users may continue to rely on their local consumer rights.
